In this episode Kelli and Erica have an honest conversation about how trying to outrun uncomfortable emotions, like insecurity, uncertainty, and fear through constantly changing their external environment (schools, majors, careers, and addresses) is what lead to chronic anxiety and panic attacks. Kelli and Erica share how they’ve learned to be more comfortable in their own skin, even during uncomfortable emotions, and why that makes all the difference.
